Detective Frank/I Gentry the Richmond, Va., police department was in this city today in consultation with Inspector Grant and Detectives Keck and Mansfleld relative to the investi- gation of the Edward Wright murder mystery in Richmond. Sullivan Finds Accidents Due to Heavy Vehicles. Strict enforcement of the trafiic regulation fixing the speed of heavy motor trucks is directed by Maj. Daniel Sullivan, superintendent of police, in an order issued to the de- partment today. A number of as dents and near accidents in which the speed of trucks has been a potent factor have been reported the past tew weeks, Maj. Sullivan stated Attention of the forces is called to the provisions of the regulation ap- plying to trucks of one or more tons.
