D., December 21 —Undismayed by the declaration of Henry Ford that he would not be a candidate for the presidency against | President Coolidge, the South Dakota Ford-tor-President Club is going shead with plans to put Ford's name In primary ballot here, according to a statement by James F. Houlihan, chairman of the club. “As far as the South Dakota Ford- for-President movement is concerned, the only thing that will keep Mr. Ford's name off the South Dakota primary ballot will be the direct re- fusal of Mr. Ford himself,” Houlthan said.
