22 U.S. ARMY SCHOOLS|AMUSEMENTS DRAW LATIN YOUTH More Than Score Attendinc or Start for Classes in This Country. More than a score of army officers from Latin America are either now ettending the various service schools of the United States Army or are on their way to join the classes. One officer from the Peruvian army is now at the engineer school at Camp Humphrey. The pol of the coast of inviting officers of Latin-American armies to take courses at the American Army schools is in accordance with the gen- | eral effort of the government to pro- note better relations and under- standing between the nations of this hemisphere. For similar reasons there also have been numerou 1 or military missions from ropean countries at work in Latin-America since the war, and recently the United States sent a | naval mission of considerable size to Erazil.
