REAL FARM CRISS PAST, REALTORS DECIDE Slight Turn for Better Shown in Nation-Wide Mar- ket Survey. That farm conditions as they are reflected in the market for farm lands have passed the time of deepest de- pression. and that a movement up- ward is already perceptibly under way is the underlying conviction of farm land dealers generally, accord- ing to returns coming in this week on a questionnaire sent out to 1,200 farm land specialists throughout the United States and Canada by the Na- tional Association of Real Estate Boards. The questionnaire covering present economic conditions and mar- ket conditions for farm lands in each community, is being sent out by the farm land division of the assoclu- tion. Replies s0 far received to this in- quiry, the first business survey of national scope ever undertaken to give an accurate measurement of the farm attitude as represented by the buying and selling of farm lands, show: That the economic condition of the turmer, in a decidedly preponderant proportion of the districts covered in these observa is better than at this time last year. Approximate 76 per cent of the districts so f reporting indicate bettered conditior not quite 13 per cent report condi- glons worse, and more than 11 per Cent report about as last year. Condialon of Crops. That crops this year are better than last. In 58 per cent of the dis- tricts the report is of better crops, in 21 per cent on a level with last year, in 21 per cent poorer thun last vear.
