Y., September State Deputy Attorney General Gri fin has announced that on Saturday he would petition the Supreme Court to annul the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and its auxiliary, the Kamelia. The petition will be the séquel to the recent order gssued by Staley, /to show “be powers conferred upon them by their state charters of the Supreme Court Justice directing the organizations cause why they should not enjoined from exercising the charters.
