Jumps Nearly $68,000 ‘Washingtonians spent $1,009,- 755.97 for postage during the three months epded June 30, 1923, an increase of $67.601.21, or 7.17 per cent, over the similar quarter of 1922, when postal revenues here were $942,154.76. The figures show the Washing- ton city post office during the first quarter of the incumbency of Postmaster Mooney to be breaking all past records.
