By the Associated Prass, NEW &ORK, July 12—Fake buying orders for Southern Pacific railroad stock were distributed among a number of brokerage houses in Wall street this morning, but the fraud was discovered before the market opened and none of the orders are believed to have been executed Opening transactions in the stock were delayed. Only three sales at 5%, 853 and 853 were recorded in the' first half hour. The stock closed last night at 85%. The fake orders were turned over to stock exchange authorities, who are conducting an in- vestigation. This is the fourth time in the last six months that fake buying orders have been circulated in the financlal district.
