The Federation of Citizens’ Asso- clations’ withdrawal of delegate to the District of Columbia Public School Assoclation called for criti- cism and opposition from the Park] View Citizeng' Association at he Park View School last night. John 8. Beach, delegate of the as- soclation to the federation and vice chairman of the federation's school committee, declared that he had op- posed the report of the school com- mittee in recommending that the federation withdraw its delegate from the school association. “In spite of my opposition Snow- den Ashford, chairman of the school committee, read to the federation Saturday the report of the commit- tee he represente declared Mr. Beach, who udded that the federa- tion's school committee had done nothing Jast winter and that not a constructive suggestion had come from it. The Park View association adopted a resolution backing the stand of Mr. Teach and oting him to con- tinue as the assoclation’s delegate to the District of Columbia Schoo! As- soclation. Mr. Beach in receiving the support of the Park View people declared that the District of Columbia Public School Association was a forward step and oxpressed the belief that it would| benefit the District public schools.
