Rockefeller, jr., at a reported price of $1,160,000 will be released to Mr. Rockefeller from the trust com- pany vault where they were placed for extra safe keeping since their ar- rival from London, H. C. Stewart, act- ing collector of customs, sald last night. Revenue officials, who had antici- pated collecting $377,000 on the re- ported purchase, revealed last night that through a quirk in the law they could not collect a cent.
