This one is to be letters you give, between Washington and Baltimore and St. Louis, and will cover the old national highway. An _organization known as the National Highway, In- corporated, has been formed, 'and Harrison Hatton of Baltimore, is in ‘Washington in connection with inter- esting local business men in the proposition. Mr. Hatton said that the road now exists, is paved most of the way and is 146 miles shorter between here and St. Louis than the Lincolp highway.
