President Harding, in conference yes- terday with Secretary of Agriculture Wallace and twelve republican senators, approved a proposed legislative program for the rellef, chiefly in the form of credits, of farmers and stock raisers. A bill will be drawn at once, introduced in Congress and pushed as an administra- tion measure, The bill will contain the salient fea- tures of several measures now pending in Congress. The Federal Farm Loan Board will be the agency through which the relief will be made effective. More liberal farm credits and cheaper interest rates will be provided and their benefits made available to farmers owning small estates as well as those operaling on a large scale. Statement Issued.
