TWO-THIRDS COMPLETED g fi':cconstmcllnn Work Is Expected {ito Be Finished About Time of H Opening Fiscal Year. Reconstruction of the top floor of the Treasury building, whioh will téansfer approximatgly 12,000 square feet of old storage space into bright- i 1y; lighted and commodious offices, his been about two-thirds completed, ‘Wijlliam Y.
