Turk Nationalist Leader Refuses to Discuss War With Greeks at Capital. By the Associated Press. CONSTANTINOPLE, November 27.— Mustapha Kemal Pasha, head of the Turkish nationalist government, has refused to receive at Angora, his capital, the British mission sent to discuss peace between the Turks and Greeks in Anatolia.
