BERLIN, November 15.—The report that Germany has notified the allles. that she will be unable to meet the next | reparations installment was emphati- | cally denied last night in official Ger- man quarters. A similar denial was made iu entente diplomatic circles, which are in close touch with the nego- tiations now proceeding with the repa- rations commission. On the contrary, it is stated that the Wirth cabinet 18 'still actively confer- ring with industrial, financial and com- mercial interests regarding the use hy the government of their foreign credits In_connection with the January and February reparations installments. The government also has discussed with the reparations commission the mauner in which these payments are to be made.
