Sherrill Concentrates Adjutant General Activities in One Building. Net saving of $112,500 to the gov- ernment has been accomplised by co- operation between Senator Smoot, chairman of the public buildings' commission, and Lieut. Col. C. O. Sherrill, officer in charge of public buildings _and grounds, in concen- trating all the activities under the adjutant general of the Army in Building E, between 4% and 6th streets northwest. Lieut. Col.
