BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 23.—A ghost which was standing guard over a moonshine still was captured together with the still in a raid by officers in the Kilgore section. The spook, which had a hideous appearance, consisted of a mule’s skull stuck on a stick, which was draped in white cloth.
