Rudolph, who was treasurer of the Inaugural fund for the inauguration of Presi-| dent Harding and Vice President has sent out checks for the last refund payment due subscribers to the inaugural fund. All festivities in Washington in connection with the inauguration were called off at the request of President Harding and but 59 was used by the inaugural rittee, out of the $162,755 sub- seribed to defray the expenses of the expected elaborate inaugural cere- monies. But 2.44 per cent of the amount subscribed was used by the committee.
