LONDON, March 25.—Authorities at Milan announce that the bomb which wrecked the Diana Theater in that city on Wednesday night. killing_ thirty-one persons, was placed outside the building by three individuals, says a Milan dis- patch to the Central News. One of the guilty persons is declared by carabineers in that city to have been arrested, and it was found that the skin had been burned off his hands by the explosion. The latest reports concerning the bomb explosion in the Diana Theater show that thirty-one persons were killed and 100 injured. The explosion was a terrific one. Great excitement prevailed inside the theater following the detonation. This was ren- dered more frightful by the screams and moans of the wounded in the darkness, all the lights having been extinguished.
