Recall of State by Anti-Non-Partisan Leaguers By the Assoclated Press. FAREO, N. D; February 25.—Recall proceedings will be instituted against “several” state officers,” §t<was an- nounced today at headquarters here of opponents of the Non-Partisan Leagne. The officers against whom the recall would be directed were not named. The action followed a meeting of a committee representing the anti-Non- Parfisan League faction yesterday, at which:§tiwas stated the sentiment for Tecall' of certain state officers was unanimous.
