LITTLE CONGRESS MEETS. Secretaries of Congressmen Have Their Own Organization. The Little Congress, an organiza- tion of the secretaries of rnembers} of Congrees, held a meeting in the aucus reom of the House office build- ing Monday evening. H. F.
