Echoes of a Big New York Wedding— Theater Parties—The Babien’ Tea. A quiet but very interesting wedding took place last night at the parsonage of the New York Avenue Presbyterian Church, when Mr. Wm. H. Somervell and Miss Grace A. Kneessi were united by Dr. Wallace Radcliffe, pastor of the church. Miss Edith Morgan played the wedding march, and the young couple, preceded by Mr. Charies Gallagher, best man, and Miss May Griffin, bridesmaid, passed from the pastor's study into the front parlor, where the minister awaited them. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Somerveil held an informal re- ception, after which they left for a trip of about a week through the northern part of Pennsylvania. Only the near rela- tives of both parties were present, with the exception of Mr. Howard M. Pruden, Mr. Charles D. Church and Mr. Leroy W. Herron, close friends of the groom. Senator and Mrs. McMillan, Mr. and Mrs. Townsend and Mrs. J. Dorman Steele. gave theater parties last night.
