Stakely will preach on Monday evening, the service on_ that CORPORAL MOHUN’S FUNERAL, ist Rites Performed at Oak Hill Cemetery This Morning. Impressive funeral services were held over the remains of the late Corporal Louis W- Mohun of the 9th United States Infantry at 11:30 o'clock this morning in the chapel of Oak Hill cemetery, Georgetown. Mr. Mo- hun was the second son of Mrs. Clare Han- son Mohun and the late Richard B. Mo- hun of this city, and he met his death No- vember last while fighting“fn the Philip- pin Through the courtesy of the ceme- tery officials the body had been lying in the chapel since Thursday last. . Rev. Dr. D. J. Stafford of St. Patrick's Chureh officiated, and during the service took occasion to pay a beautiful tribute to the character and ‘life of Mr. Mohun, and poke_of the patriotic devotion to his coun- that marked the career of the young man from his early years to the final sacri- of life while serving under the flag. A military escort and a firing party from the post at Fort Myer were present at the obsequies.
