JOHNSONS WILL. Last Wishes Concerning Disposition of Estate. The will of the late George R. Johnson, dated June 2, 18 vas filed for probate in the office of the register of wills yesterday afternoon. By the terms of the testament Mr. Johnson bequeathed to his wife, Mrs. Anna Johnson, all of his real estate, wher- ever the same is situated, for the term of her natural life. From and after the time of her decease the title of the real estate is to be vested In the testator’s five chil- dren, Mary E. Boggs, Lucretia R. Hitch, Anna L. Johnson, Roberta A. Johnson and Charles R. Johnson, share and share alike. All of bis personal property, household goods and furniture, bond: mortgages, stocks, moneys and other urities, the testator bequeaths to his wife, having full confidence, he adds, that she will husband the same for the benefit of her children and grandchildren.
