One of the most enjoyable song recitals of the “commencement” season was given at St. Andrew's parish hall last evening by the pupils of Mr. Herndon Morsell. A large audience was in attendance, and al- though the length of the program precluded encores the applause that was bestowed upon the various participants was hearty and sufficient to have given every number an emphatic recall. Mr. Morsell's pupils acquitted themselves with credit, and show- ed the result of honest endeavor intelli- gently directed. They had the assistance of Mrs. Harrison B. Brown and Mr. Clar- ence E.
