Roy Stone, chief of the division of roads, United States Depart- ment of Agriculture. This subject was dis- evssed by a number of the farmers. The afternoon session was devoted to an address by J. W. Brigham, assistant secre- tary of agriculture; subject: “To What Ex- tent Does Woman’s Influence Contribute to Man's Success."” Mr. John M. Johnson of this city deliv- ered an interesting address on general sub- jects of interest to farmers.
