The principal entrance is in the south face through three fine .arches, principally of stone, and with handsomely orna- mented colurans of the same material at the sides. There are double rows of arched windows along the sides and three large ones in the south front, with a number of smaller ones in the towers. On the interior the first floor is divided into a large room fer the Sunday school and smaller rooms for the different departments of the school and the pastor's study. This floor is also intended for use as a place in which to hold the social gatherings of the congrega- tion. On the second floor is the church proper, and this has or will have, when the pews are in, a capacity of about eight hun- dred and fifty, including the seats which are to be put in the gallery at the southern end. At the north end is the pulpit, and near it a space for the handsome organ ordéred, and which is nearly ready to be turned over by the maker. The wood used in the interior is white pine and wal- nut for the pews. The walls are to be fres- coed. Both gas and electric lights are to be used. The architect is Joseph C.
