Associate Judge J. Parran Crane held @ special session of the circuit court at Port Tobacco, Md., yesterday, to hear appeals in registration cases. Six appeals were taken, but only three were heard. The most important case was that of Editor F. M. Cox, clerk to Senator Gorman’s printing committee, Application was made last year to strike Mr. Cox’s name from the list of voters upon the ground that he was @ non- resident, residing in Washington, Upon ap- peal, the court of appeals decided he was a non-resident, and ordered his name strick- en off. The court yesterday dismissed the appeal.
