Still No Indictments in Ford's Theater Disaster Affair. The colored laborer Burrell, whose testimony, as heretofore stated in Tue Stan, will conclude the investigation by the grand jury in the matter of the Ford’s Theater building dis- aster, was still too unwell to appear yesterday, and the grand jury fourned over until next Monday, when it is expected will be ‘able to testify. then be unable to do so it may be that his testimony will be dispensed with. As stated in Tux Stau a few days since, it is not doubted tnat the parties heid responsible by the coroner's jury, Ainsworth, Dant, Sasse and Covert, will be indicted, and it is understood that the district torney's office ix already engaged in the prep- tion of the indictment, which will necesea- a rily be most intricate, requiring great care in drawing up. The Baltimore and Ohio railroad will run a special excursion train, consisting of day coaches, to Chicago July 24, for which excur- sion tickets will be sold at one fare for the round trip.
