A. R. encampment at Willard’s Hotel last evening. Some business of import- ance was transacted, but for the most part the evening was devoted tolooking over the ground and considering the mattcr of the best form of organization. It was decided that all chair- men of subcommittees who may be appointed hereafter shall also be members of the general executive committee. Two such subcommit- tees were given their official heads last evening in the persons of Capt. Geo. E. Lemon, who was placed in charge of the committee on finance, and Col. L. P.
