Judgment for Damages Affirmed. In the Court in General ‘Term this morning Justice James affirmed the judment below in the case of Conrad and Louica Allis against the Columbian University. This was au action for damages received in 1887 by Mrs. Allis falling on a stone or piece of slate in the entrance of the Columbia Law building and dislocating her arm. Inthe court below the verdict was for the defendant and that judgment is now affirmed, Disorderly House in Buzzards’ Roost.” Policeman Ceinar of the first precinct gave evidence im the Police Court today against a woman named Mamie Garner, whom he charged with keeping a disorderly house.
