THE EVENING STAR: WASHINGTON IN SOCIETY. Miss Aldrich’s Engagement Announced —Personal Notes of Interest. ‘The engagement of Miss Letitia Aldrich, the miece of Senator Stewart of Nevada, and Mr. Rounceville Wildman, who is the editor and prietor of the Jdaho Statesman, Boise City, js been announced The wedding will be celebrated early in June in St. John's Church, and Mrs. Stewart will bene <4 friends = youn: Je after the church service in a a Lowe in the Shoreham. Miss Aldrich has scores of friends in this city who have been won by her sweet and kindly manner that is strongly supplemented by a beautiful face and figure. Her excellent work in amateur theatricals has also brought her many admirers. She makes one of the most beautiful Galateas in Gilbert's clever comedy. Mr. Wildman was born in Elmira, N.Y., and will go there for a bridal trip imme- Ciately after the marriage. Then if they do not go abroad they will go to San Fran- cisco to visit the bride's motver and afterward make their home at Boise City. Mr. Wildman spent all the winter here representing his paper. The garden concert in Mr. W. W.
