INJURED ON A STREET CAR. Two Suits Against the B. and P. R. Co. for Damages. Mr. Campbell Carrington filed two suits to= day against the Baltimore and Potomac rail road company growing out of the accident om Virginia avenue and 424 street November 5 when a freight train backed into a street car, Upsetting it and injuring several passengers in the street car, which accident is alleged in the declaration to have been occasioned by the failure to let down the gates in time. The first suit is that of Lucinda Willis for 215,000, in which she states that in the collision she had her ine injured and was badly bruised and cut about the head and face.
