From the San Francisco Chronicle. What promises to be an interesting case was commenced by the filing of asuit in the jus- tices’ court yesterday. Martin Rubanick is the plaintiff, and, through his lawyers, alleges that Joseph Drindel owes him $130 for breach of contract. The peculiar part of the suit is in the alleged breach of contract. Rubanick is an able-bodied, tall young man of nineteen sum- mers, and works in a lumber mill. It appears from the complaint that he gave Drindel 3130 with which to have Annie Swabeck sent out from Hungary to this city to become Ruba- nick’s bride, the marriage to liquidate the debt. In due time Annie came, but uncle and suitor apparently forgot to make allowai for the young fraulein’s tastes, and as Mart glee.
