The man is Jacob Unden, a carpenter, fifty-five years old. John B. Bigus, the colored man who committed an assault on Mre. Yeakle at Frederick, MG., last Friday night, was taken from the Frederick jail this morning by a mob of 100 men, nearly all of whom were masked, and hanged to a tree at Jefferson Helghts, on the Jefferson road, not a quarter of a mfle from the Jail. The refusal of every leading polttician to form a ministry is regarded as making the res- ignation of M.Grevy inevitable. M. Grevy, after his interview with M. Leroyer, consulted M. Deves, M.
