Oglesby yesterday afternoon commuted the sentences of Samuel Fielden and Michael Schwab, two of the condemned anarchists, to im- prisonment for life in the pemtentiary. With the sentences of Parsons, Spies, Engel and Fischer, he refused to interfere. L. 8.
