The Tax-Lien Certificates Preblem. ‘WHAT COLLECTOR COOK SAYS OF THE NEW LAW. “If Mr. Atlee demands that we sell that prop- erty at once,” said Collector Cook to-day, referring to the matter of the proposed sale of property upon Which Hen certificates exist, “I don't see but what the Commissioners will have to comply, regardless of their desire in the matter. But the sale may easily be delayed until the time for the regular sale in September by our failing to complete the Usting of his property until that time. ‘The law Says this must be done from the date of the demand of the holders of the certificates.
