Election Disturbances 1 Places. Disturbances were more or less frequent in Ctn- etnnatl yesterday. In the elghth ward acolored man offered his vote and was refused on account of non-residence, knocked down and driven away. Another disturbance occurred in the same ward, caused by the refusal of bystanders at the polls, many of whom were armed with clubs, to permit colored men to vote. ‘The excitement was quelled, however, without violence.
