AN APPLICATION TO REDUCE BAIL ON ACCOUNT OF THE PRISONER'S FEEBLE HEALTH—PROCREDINGS BEFORE JUDGE WYLIE THIS MORNING. This morning in the Criminal Court, Judge J. F. Bigelow, who 1s charged with the embezzlement of over $37,0 from the National Bank of the Republic, of which he was one of the tellers, was called up on an application to give ball. District Attorney Cork- hill appeared for the government, Mr. RK Elliot for the bank, and Mr. W.B. Webb for the prisoner. Dr. Bigelow, the prisoner's father; Mr. T. 8. Burr, the father-in-law, and Mrs. Lockwood, who proposed toenter on the Dall bond,were with others.
