C. Stewart, whom he also made his executor. The’ caveator claims that the execution of the will was procured by Stowart when he was in extremis. It was made about 9 o’clock one night and he died the next morn- ing at 6 o'clock, and it is claimed that none of his relatives were about him when he died.
