More Kain To-morrow. ‘The chief signal officer turnishes the follow- Ing special bulletin to the press:—Rain has generally fallen in Missouri, Iowa, and the lake region; fair weather has prevailed in the south- ern states and New England. In the past two @ays more then four and one half inches of Fain have fallen at De3 Moines, lowa. There has been a considerable fail of temperature in the Missouri valley, and a considerable rise in the Ohio valley. The temperature averages ten degrees telow the mean for the month in the lake region, middie states and New = lend. The winds are generally ight, and {n . the southern states southerly. The indications are that on Wednesdsy fair weather wili prevatl im the culf states, and rain in New England, and poesibly rain in the middle states. At the east front of the Capitol they attracted a large crowd to witness their evolutions; amid mareh- ing up the avenue, Dattallon front, they elicited Founds of applause, ‘The National Ritles held a spectal meeting after drill last evenieg, and elected saveral honorary members. The company decided to celebrate their anniversary, June 9, by a parade. The company will assemble at the armory at 6 p.m. in fatigue uniform for the fame.
