The Jobnsén-Johnson Murder Trial This morning, in th? Crimtnat Court, Judge James, the trial of J. S. M. Johnson, the young white man charged with the murder of Jas, k. Johnson, colored, on March 29th of last year, was resumed—Messrs. Corkhil! and Perry for the government, and Messr3. Cook, Willams and Falls for the defence, Col. Corkhill, the district attorney, continued his argument. Mr. Corkhill concluded at . and a recess Was taken to 12:45. The counsel for the defence submitted over a dozen additional prayers.
