ANOTHER ALLEGED etonss Swixoiz.—la the Police Court yesterday morning, two youns colored men named Ellsworth Hozan and Ham Wilson were charged with the grand larceny of @ horse valued at #100 from an old colored man named Augustus Tuomas, who testified that he lives in Priace George county, Md., aod came here last Tuesday with a load of corn, and after selling his corn he went to the horse bazaar Where he met these men, and Wilson asked him if he wanted to buy a borse, and he told him that he had ouly five dollars. Wilson inststet on his gotng to his stabie, between 9th and 10th, and M and N streets, to look at the horse. Wit- ness consented and they went to tue stable and saw the horse, und he was asked by Wilson to make an offer for him. He offered io give $5 for the horse if he could putt, and took the har- bess of hisown horse and putit on the other horse to biteh him to the wagon, aud Hogan, who was with Wilson, jumped On Wiiness" horse and rode himaway.
