T. W. Bartley and F. P. Stanton Hiled a bill in court against A. W. Adams, 8. 3. Ely, LaAbra Silver Mining Co., W. W. Boyce and Secretary of State Evarts, for discovery, account and injunction. They set forth 1) the LaAbra company tn 1869 entered into an agreement with A. W.
