In going to Greenville, the doctor says, he necessarily abandoned his suit, of private practice in New Orieans, which, up to the time of departure, had been remunerative and profitable. He went to the office of the association on his retufn, and requested to be paid for the services which he had rendered says, that the associa- Uon owed him nothing, and consequently would Pay him nothing.
