THE ARLINGTON TURNPIKE COMPANY.— The unlawful detainer case brought by the Arlington Turnpike company against Samuel Pallant, toll keeper, was before Squire Mills, of Alexandria, Saturday, and decided for the defendant on ‘the ground that the directors had not authorized the suit which was brought to decide upon the legality of the election of the present Board of Directors of the Arling- ton” Turnpike mpany.
