The boy, who gave bis pame as Thos. Grady, owned up to the theft, and stated that he bad buried the balance of the articles in the ‘White Lot. The officer repaired to the place indicated, but could find nothing there. Grady was carried to the Police Court and sentenced to six months in jail.
