Since yesterday's report there have been received there ouly 4,600 shad and 25,000 herring. The small quantity of rock and perch which are canght are eaten on the | shores, and scarcely any come to market. Shad sold to day from $14 to £16.50 per bun- dred, and herring from $11.50 to $12.50 per thousand. The court would be very glad to enforce any penalty, but there is none. This should serve as a good lesson; case dismissed.
