THE PAYMASTER GENERAL'S OFFICE.— Owirg to extensive improvements contem- plated by W. W. Corcoran on the corner of 15th and F streets, the Paymaster General’s office will be removed from there to the Reed House, on F street, one square east of the preent quarters, which building has been secured at a low rate of rent. In addition to the twenty-two rooms in the present buil !- ing, a three story addition will be erected in the rear.and completed March 15th, and the removal of the Paymaster General’s oilice will take place prior to April Ist.
