DEMANDING SATISFACTION OF TRIPOLI A telegram was received at the Navy de- partment this morning from Rear Admiral Worden, commanding the European fleet, announcing that he had directed the U.S. S. Congress, Capt. Earl Englisi commauding, to proceed at once to Tripolt, whieh port she is expected to reach by the 15th inst. The object of the vessel being ordered to this port is to redress if necessary the insult recently oterred by the Tripolian sailors to the American consul and his wife. Tue U.S. 5.
