That section twenty-one of said act be amended by mserting the following words in line tix, immediately after “thereby:” “But a creditor proving bis debt or claim shall not be held to have waived his right of action or suit against the bankrupt where a discharge has been ret or the proceedings have been de- termined without a discharge.’ Sxc. 8.
